SpinHenge goes public 1 september

Erg vreemd. Ik heb zelf geen machines met HT om het mee te vergelijken. Iemand?

Een HT machine heeft 2 (virtuele) processoren. Kijk eens bij de "general settings" onder "on multiprocessor machines, use at most ... processors"
Daar staat by default 1. Voor een HT machine moet daar 2 staan, anders gebruikt hij max 1 virtuele processor, dus max 50% cpu.
Als het goed is moet je op een HT machine altijd 2 WU tegelijk zien draaien!

Nee, in dat geval loopt er maar 1 wuutje en is de cpu maar hoogstens 50% bezig.

mn settings waren ok, probleem lag duidelijk bij SpinHenge metropolis-dodeca' WU's want heb ze aborted, dan herstart en nu werkt alles zoals het moet..

My boincmanager give's me the "project is down" error for Spinhenge.. Posted about it on the Spin forum but so far no answer.. I have a 1.5days workload so I'm not panicking yet but I do regret not having set it to 2.5

I have had it a few times too today. Probably just a glitch, or some routine maintenance work. I see that this machine has made contact with succes 45 minutes ago. So probably nothing to worry about.

Yes it's back 'online' now.. apparently just maintenance... We'll see, meanwhile I'm setting my workload to 2.5days just in case 'maintenance' gets a bit frequent

I've seen the same message yesterday but I've set my cache very high to make sure not to run out of work
In the meantime all my machines have downloaded new work.

It's probably caused by our Robin (since this is not really a Bat(man) but the smaller version)
