I'm taking this over to Picard. I'm not having a team - especially one I'm fond of - having lies spread around about them.

I have written an e-mail to prof. Brooks, giving my opinion on his project leader. I don't expect he'll care. I also asked him to instruct Braun to delete my account as well. I don't care about the credits earned for this project.
I'll detach today, piss poor Admin and I don't like censorship in any form.
I'm also posting over at Predictor voicing my objection to the way they handed this.
and hereby, I think I will stop my activities as "general" of this project...
or did we quit this already long time ago??
no seriously.... this is way over the line....calling unsatisfied crunchers who are looking for justice a bunch of hackers.....
I always liked this project but the way they are acting now... maybe the Predictor staff should take a look among their own people in search for that bad apple.....
By the way ... Predictor@home on (English) Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Predictor@home
Same story on the German Wikipedia: http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Predictor@homeA discussion about the relationship between the administration of a distributed computing project and the volunteers participating in it was triggered by incidents in the project's internal forum. As an open discussion was forestalled in this forum, it was continued in external forums.
Hopefully more will follow ...Die Teilnahme an diesem Projekt ist jedoch mit Vorsicht zu geniessen, da in den letzten Wochen massive Zensur im Forum erfolgt und Benutzerkonten mit angesammelten Punkten einfach gelöscht werden
