Anyone crunching SIMAP on Linux 64-bit ? I don't get any work from the project, but the website of SIMAP doesn't say anything about it.

Anyone has WU's from SIMAP ?

Same here no work, but on that comp I'm running RieselSieve and ABC.
The site of ABC is also down for the moment.

Same for me. Only RS for now, not that that is a bad thing and a nice credit rush .

Simap is currently out of work. From their website:

Project status
The project has currently no work (see below).
The similarity matrix of the SIMAP project is currently up to date. All workunits from the last calculation period are distributed, thanks to all users for chrunchig them.
The calculation of new simap workunits containing the novel proteins from may 2007 (simap app) and their domains (hmmer app) will start around june 1st.

That's right. And sometimes they have some WU's a couple of weeks later but they are always very quick distributed.
