Hi,
I want to use 1 core 100% in 1 project and 3 other projects on the other core. Is this possible?
It's because I want to set up Einstein or Seti 100% because they have long working hours.

There is no possibility to assign a project to a specific core. If you have 2 cores, then a WU will run on one, and a second WU on the other. Of course if you make your resources shares 75% and 25%, on average the effect will be what you want.
Not always....
I already mentioned this somewhere else on this forum: I have multiple projects on multiple cores, ans sometimes a core becomes unused. Some projects let their work get attached to one core (CPU affinity). Say your CPDN-wu gets atached to core 1. All the time when it's still running, it will stay on core 1. Say you combine CPDN with Einstein. When CPDN gets paused, an Einstein-wu gets started, and also gets attached to core 1. No problem: there's only 1 project active, all cores are in use with (2-4-8-...) wu's from Einstein. Then the wu on core 3 ends and there is no new work, or boinc decides to get back to CPDN. Then the CPDN-wu from core 1 gets started. So core 1 will do projects (2 wu's) at the same time, leaving core 3 unused...
I'm not entirely sure this is how this gets triggered, but I have seen it on my octacore a few times: 2 wu's on the same core and another core unused, always with 2 or more projects. Having only 1 project didn't give any problems (yet).
If you have 2 projects for a dual core it's possible since in your project profile you can set-up use maximum 1 core.
But if you have 3 projects , you can't garantee that 1 project will be fixed on 1 core , and the other will switch with each other on the other core.
All depends on the resource share ( % also in your profile) , and the time-limit for that WU.
