    Default Memory SODIMM DDR2-533

    Hi all,

    I have 2 memory modules of 2GB each for sale (so 4GB in total). These are DDR2-533MHz SODIMM modules for laptops (or Mini-ITX boards which uses such memory). The brand is Kingston and the reference is KTD-INSP6000A/2G.

    These are new, I justed opened the plastics to check them. I never started the project for which I had bought them so now they can go...

    Update: I also have 1 module of 1GB of the same type and brand which I used for a couple of weeks.

    If somebody is interested please make me an offer through PM.

    My Dell D630 requires 667Mhz modules

    I would've liked a RAM upgrade though...

    The 1GB module has been sold, the 2GB modules are still available.
