I agree we should be careful before banning users of the forum and you are doing a great job at that Giorgio.
We were merely pointing out that this "person" looks like a bot and needs further investigation.

We will happily leave the decision to you as we know the correct action will be taken

Same here, our moderators are in the best position to evaluate "us" and if needed, to take the appropriate measures
